ALL of the salmon is caught by the owner and his family back in Bristol Bay, Alaska that runs a small commercial fishing operation. He is a 4th generation Alaska Commercial Fisherman and has almost 20 years of experience in the trade.
The Salmon is caught fresh then hand delivered to a small FDA approved processor, then hand cut and packaged with the highest quality standards.
The Sockeye Salmon Season in Bristol Bay, Alaska is from Mid June - End of July. **ONCE A YEAR**
ALL ORDERS will be FULFILLED ,SHIPPED, and a PICK-UP location for orders first week of August. PICK-UP location will be sent via email.
The owner and his wife are currently stationed at Grafenwohr, Germany but was recently at JBLM from September 2019 - January 2022. He was selling in the South Puget Sound area of Washington State and will continue to sale in the area! The owner Michael continues to go back to Alaska every summer to Commercial Fish and harvest the best Sockeye Salmon in the world!
