Item shipped days late and only after I contacted seller to request same day shipping or refund. They responded indicating illness and offered to ship directly to recipient gift wrapped. B/c I was combining with another item I explained I still wanted it shipped to me if that could be done same day or I'd take the refund. I should have taken the refund b/c what arrived was nothing like pictured, everything was piled in a bag that also was open so contents were spilling into the shipping box. There was no picture or instructions for the craft either so the recipient would have no idea how to complete it. Worst delivery / presentation of an Etsy product Ive received to date. Don't normally leave bad reviews but this one was disappointing in every regard & should have been refunded if that was what was going to be sent.

Super bummed about this. Ordered as a gift, messaged the shop multiple times. No response, a shipping label was created, so I thought it was coming but never shipped, I had to cancel the order.

I ordered 7 kits for a girls craft night, a few pieces arrived broken but the seller replaced them in a timely manner. Otherwise good quality and we had fun!

It’s super cute, but it arrived sticky like it still needed to dry and cure for a little longer. Some of the paint transferred to my hands when I unpacked it. A little disappointed with that.
