Dollartree Store

Rusty put a smile on our face! He was super nice and I appreciated that he reminded us that one of our items was 5$. The store is very clean and organized. A million times better than all the other ones in this area. I will only come to this location now. Thank you for the kindness and attention to detail!

In the stores in Tacoma and Lakewood, Washington, they are not stalked. the stuff is blocking Iles there bathrooms dirty there floors are dirty. ofer all it's a good store. they need to. close one day a mounth and clean. stock shelfs. and straight shelf.

I go to two dollartree stores(San Juan Capistrano, Capistrano beach) and this happened at one of them(San Juan Capistrano,) This one particular guy seems to ring the items I didn't buy or overcharge the item.
Second time I caught him, I showed my receipt and items in the bag. He called up the other employee and they started arguing to me (instead of explaining to me)that there's nothing wrong. I waited their apology but it never came, saying, "Nobody's perfect." was the closest thing they said. since then I never returned to that store. It's more important to defend their colleague than the customer even if they know they are wrong.

I went to this dollar store early in the morning and was told that I couldn't come in because the first hour is reserved for the elderly. I then said you need to have that posted to which an employee showed me where it was posted on the outside.

Upon reading the sign I saw that it said the elderly AND the vulnerable. Being someone that is immunocompromised, I knew that this applied to me as well and yet they still did not let me into this store which is illegal.

When I called the employee (an old Caucasian woman with glasses) out on this, she then proceeded to close the door in my face.

It is not required to show proof of your vulnerability and disability. This dollar tree should be totally ashamed of themselves. Completely ashamed. They are not the only stores partaking in reserving the first hour for seniors and vulnerable adults so to turn someone away just because they LOOK a certain way is wrong.

Not once did they even think to ASK even though I came and parked in the handicap, with my handicap plaque. Obviously meaning I have SOME type of disability.

So what now? Do I have to show my medications and diagnosis? Yeah they are done for.

Constantly disappointed with the terrible customer service, and how dirty and unorganized this dollar tree is. This one is my least favorite because of the order, but mostly because of the staff here. Theres never enough staff and they always have horrible customer service. Just because you're miserable doesnt mean you need to make other peoples experiences bad either. Im a very optimistic person but I downloaded yelp just to finally say something after countless poor encounters. AVOID THIS LOCATION.

The store is fine EXCEPT they don't in force the mask rule. I had mine on the whole time but the people in front of me didn't. I expected the cashier to say something but he didn't, so shit, can I take mines off too!?? It clearly says it on the door! I guess I can't expect anything less from a person who just has only is mouth in his mask with his nose sticking out while ringing everybody up. ‍ #CORONAVIRUS

i came in to get my sister birthday balloons i walk in and immediately get told "no helium" i saw balloons up where you can usually grab them from and buy them so i asked if i could just buy some that are already blown up and continued to get the same response of "no helium" the short haired middle aged woman working there has some baaadddd customer service.

The crew tonight was very unprofessional. Although it was near closing their aggression caused a lot of awkwardness for the patrons. It is Cinco De Mayo but the tone and displeasure to be there makes me wonder about all three team members. In the middle of chaos the manager was MIA and pulled the young lady away when she came to rescue the guy who obviously was overly frustrated about something and wanting to leave because of his tone when not greeting but yelling "close in 10 minutes although it was 15 minutes till. I quickly grabbed 2 things and just getting to write this review. As a person with anxiety it was all bad vibes.

Worst wait at a dollar store ever. On the plus side....there is no plus side. Dollar tree train your people!!! Update your system!!! Stop having employes hide in the back or pretend to be deaf when asked a question.and the store smells like cat piss.

I walk in to get balloons for my husbands birthday I look at them and the lady screams across the store " we don't have helium" I said oh no.. in a sad voice, and she scream back oh yes we don't.. like for real? How about so sorry we are out, or just to let you know we don't have helium.. don't be rude about it and yell across the store. Some people just shouldn't be in customer service.
