Dollar Tree

I left a smaller Dollar Tree to go to this one. It's organized and big. I can count on what I want to be there. The only thing I don't like is the location. It's difficult to get in and out if but that's not their fault. Steve is a valuable associate. He made us feel welcome and even cracked some jokes. He's a gem! We will be back! Great job folks!

Great store, is medium size and always clean and well stocked.

Has lots of Holiday stuff always. Friendly staff, sometimes the line is long but that's like on every dollar store.

This location has frozen foods too.

I know this is odd to review Dollar Tree, but I was in some need of super glue for Christmas decorations. Anyways, during my checkout, I was privileged to have such a wonderful conversation with Keith! So down to earth and kind what a wonderful employee. Keith, you are definitely going places; keep up the positive attitude.

We get our Tacoma News Tribune here as its only a Dollar instead of $2 sometimes get other things but mostly just get the newspaper

I shop at dollar tree a lot! Love their organizational and craft things especially. This location used to be one of my favorites but I no longer go to this one because of their poor customer service and how disorganized it's gotten. Rude supervisor and some of the clerks act like they're doing you a favor to process your transaction. I feel sorry for the nice ones that do a good job because they're stuck doing their coworkers work and trying to make up for their rudeness! Too many over charges and not very nice about fixing it. Check your receipts! I tried to contact them (about being over charged (not the first time) and not given a refund just told to grab that number of items and nastily told she doesn't make mistakes) but I never got a response. I'll still go to the other locations in Graham, the end of Canyon Road and Puyallup. Too bad they don't care about customer service at this location ! Doris needs to find a new job (since it's obvious she's not happy at this one) that doesn't involve working with the public!
