Well stocked, lots of snack variety, cold drinks, household goods, gift items. Must stop in when looking for necessities.

horrible customer service, turned away at the door before closing time, uncleanly and unkempt, the employees must not care about the city of Yelms image nor it's residence by extending them smallest courtesy.

I've been at this location multiple times and normally don't have any issues other than wait time to be checked out due to short staffing. However when I went in there this afternoon (Thursday May 19th and 2pm) I witnessed a worker being talked down to and criticized for asking for a break and calling up a manager to check a $100 bill as you're always supposed to, so unprofessional. The worked maintained her professionalism although you could tell she was tired and needed a break. She was the only worker in site as well. I do NOT think said manager knows how to work in customer service and needs to be retrained. This type of behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional.

I like this little Dollar Tree. It was a nice addition to the Yelm area. The general layout of the store is great. The aisles are not offset or at an angle so it's just straight up and down and no riff raff. I don't know if it's because it's a newer store or what, but the store is very well stocked and clean. It's overall a great utilization of the space they are in. It's cool that it's right next to the Goodwill as well.

It's never busy when I go either and there is always no line and a friendly cashier.

I just love dollar tree found lots of wonder things to but. Good customer service pleasant staff. Isles are a little narrow. There was a huge pile of garbage by the front door that needs attention.

We go into this store several times a month and rarely have an issue. I absolutely adore the women that work here. They're kind, sweet and always super nice. Today they were SUPER busy (no worries). There was a gay male employee who was in lane 3 and said "lane 3 open". We went to get into lane 3 and he stepped out, didn't say a word then went about checking out the people in front of us. We got up to being second to last and he stated he was "closed". Ummm okay. So we got into the long ass line in lane 1. MEANWHILE he CONTINUED to check people out. Seriously?! We walked into the other checkout and he turns on his light and continued to check people out. While waiting for our cashier this other one mean mugged/glared at my husband. I'm not sure if it was the American shirt he was wearing or what but it's unacceptable. We're never rude, mean, degrading or anything to ANY cashiers and this behavior from him was just blatant discrimination.

We went in for flash cards for our youngest son and were disappointed to only find subtraction cards. The cashier was able to step away and find addition cards from the well picked over display of cards. Sami was incredibly helpful and went well out of her way to be sure we found what we needed! Her friendliness will definitely bring us back to the dollar tree! Thank you Sami!!

Went to this dollar tree to get a snack. Every thing was disorganized, stuff was just every where. Went to the cashier and she sneezed in her hand and then proceeded to check my food. So pretty much threw that away.
