Went in this morning (saturday, 2/18) and every isle was like this. There were 2 employees stocking near the arts and crafts isle but not one of them offered to clear the walk way for anyone to pass by. In stead, the 2 women were laughing, discussing their amazing nights out the evening before. I almost said something to them but, what good would it have done? I tripped on an empty box that had falled over behind me (I was unaware it fell over after I passed by it). Do you think the employee asked if I was okay or offered to pick it up? NOPE. She literally turned around and acted as iff she hadn't seen me.
I came in so I could buy a few items. I left with nothing because of how dirty, trashed and unprofessional this location is.
I know it's "just the dollar store" but, come on now... Take pride in what you do. I honestly won't be coming back.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Twyla D.Morton, WA04Jan 6, 2023
Vennessa had a register go out that was full of items and handled it with ease and grace. She seems like a dedicated employee and it is our belief she would do well moving up in the company.

I don't know why an employee sweeping the floor would give me dirty looks, but I wasn't in her way, and I was at the end of the aisle. I grabbed the gloves and went around the aisle to the other end, figured she would be done sweeping. I went down the aisle from the other end, and she wasn't there but just her broom and what she swept up. She comes around the corner and I asked her if I could go around her? She blows up at me and says you are so rude, and it's not all about you? I said who is being rude ? I said you don't have to be so mean, I'm just wheeling down the aisles. I spoke to the manager, and she just said to me that oh we know, we are hoping she will leave. Oh brother, that's not how you treat customers at a store!

Very rude employees. I get it. It's the dollar tree not Nordstrom's but just a little customer service would be nice.
I asked an employee where something was today and the attitude I got was astonishing and not in a good way.
Always tons of people in line and one or two cashiers.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Casie J.Lacey, WA66212Feb 9, 2019
This is my favorite dollar tree! I've been going there for the last year, I think it has definitely had a change in management! I have seen a lot of dollar trees that have stuff scattered all over the floor and they are dirty but this one you can walk down all the isles easily and it's so clean!

The floor had not been swept nor the shelves cleaned and stocked in days. Front door wide open, probably broken. A manager came out to blow up a couple balloons then disappeared into her office when the clerk clearly needed another cashier. Saw a guy reach into a cooler and take a beverage, go to the front of the store and look at something, then walk right out. Sad store, it needs attention! The cashier was fast and friendly.

This Dollar Store had frozen food. I know some people would be skeptical of the frozen food items from the dollar store, but honestly there are a lot of items that you can find in a regular grocery store but pay more for them like french frieds or Mrs. Smith's pies or Tony's pizzas. I still think it's cool.
All the staff at this store are friendly. They great you as you come into the store with a welcome to Dollar Tree, which I think a lot of stores have gotten away from so I like the personal touch of customer service. People who have worked in cust. serv I think should be able to respect and understand when other meet or exceed our expectations for service.
I probably don't need to say this but everything is a dollar plus tax. I like to get my kitchens items (aluminum foil, cling wrap, plastic bags, etc), utensils, and paper goods (napkins, paper towels, paper plates, etc) there since again....it's a $1.
And...3 liter sodas! Who has those? Uh.....the Dollar Tree. Even "rich" people should stop into a Dollar Tree. You'll be impressed by what you can get for a dollar. I usually go in for one or two things and seem to end up leaving with 20 items. So much for so little.
One thing, if you get cash back at the register, they charge a $1 fee (how odd), probably because it costs them as much to take cards and ebt so they pass the cost on to the customers.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Betty H.Lacey, WA12961Apr 1, 2021

SeeThis location leaves heat on way to high. My mother hates that
Other then that it is just has good as any dollar store.
The employees seem quick and friendly..
they greet you as you enter whicg seems nice but it can be loud like a shouting voice which I noticed startled this elderly lady.
For me the store offers great deals.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jay E.Renton, WA16911718Mar 24, 2016
Great place to shop for stuff that you need when your on a budget. Continently located near the transit center and a huge grocery store and phone store. I like the customer service and the people that check out the items for customers. I catch every buck for what I get and its awesome. I plan to come here more often .
