Pho Tai

Their food is always fresh and delicious. My husband picked up dinner the other night and after he drove 20-30 minutes home, our dinner was still outstanding.

We had tofu yellow curry and chicken panang curry with two fresh tofu spring rolls. The rolls are nice and tight and the peanut filling sauce tastes great.

Highly recommend!

If you want quick Vietnamese food bite or bubble tea, you should come here if you're in Lacey. The food portion is good and i didn't order bubble tea, but I could see that lots of people ordered, so I know it must be good.

The service was good. Then again, the restaurant wasn't busy when I got there. My toddler just had a fun time climbing all over the tables and the booths.

Their pho and boba milk tea are so delicious that I find myself coming back for more every time! Having explored various Pho places, I can confidently say that this one stands out as the best. The service is great too!

I love this drink, but have learned to stop ordering it via delivery. It's not tasty, the making of them aren't consistent. One order I get zero "Bubbles" and whip cream next order I'll get a bland purple drink with barley anything in it. I did purchase two of these this evening. They both looked the same. My son took off with his. Unless, you're actually there or in the comments write down specifically. You want it to look like the photo on the counter. How it's "SUPPOSED" to be served!! Exact spelling!! I stopped in and ordered a different flavor. I'm having issues loading photos. Don't worry I have reached out for help. It's been A LONG weekend for our family. For those of you with kids in sports you definitely understand where I'm coming from with this review. We had literally been running from Seattle, Home to ice rink, play games, kill time, play more games. Don't get home til midnight. Only to be up at 5:00am to do it again for 3 days straight for a Championship Tournament. (We WON BTW WooHoo. Proud Mama) Anyhow, when Sunday rolls around and we FINALLY get home, and are able to plop down for a minute. On Fathers Day!! The Last Thing I or anyone else wanna do is cook!! We want to order out have it delivered with no issues and enjoy. The Uber Delivery or whatever was Fantastic. The driver...Went above and beyond!! As for the Pho Thai?? Not so much?? My handsome hubby wanted Miso, I WAS ON IT!! As I was booking my order I did a double dash, figured hey might as well just tip my driver a little more to grab some Teas for me and my CHAMPION SON to enjoy With our miso!! When they arrived I was SO DISAPPOINTED. I knew once I submitted the order I should've been more specific or something!! Because if you're not you get this bland, taro drink with very little "Bubble" in it. When I mentioned my issue to the lady at the register, I swear didn't even bat an eye. Ohhh, so sorry. What you like to order?? I want the thick, yummy, purple, creamy whip cream flowin, Bubble Bursting Taro Tea Latte. I see other people receive the beautiful drink?? Consistency People!! Man I love all the flavor options here but their inconsistency on their drink making is not only frustrating but it non sense. We pay a lot for these drinks. Stop trying to cut corners everywhere once you're making a decent profit. You did have good product. Look where stinginess gets you?? These drinks are so bland. It's ridiculous!! If I'm gonna splurge on drinks it's gonna taste good!! Just a fare warning. Point to the photo and if you're ordering online. It's definitely a hit or miss when you're ordering this drink. The food here is meh. The chicken was dry and tasted like it was re-heated. The pho tasted weird. The veggies were fresh. The spring rolls were good. Honestly I felt like I threw away $40 and I should have made food at home. I regretted ordering something besides just the spring rolls. We didn't try the boba tea but that menu looked really good. Lots of selections.

Tania makes the BEST boba drinks and is always super sweet, this is by far the best viet food/boba in lacey.

Wow! I give this place a 5 star because honestly it was good. Seating was fast and ordering was fast. It was the servers second day and he did an outstanding job. He was still learning the menu, but he was extremely nice. Ordered a couple of large soup combos with appetizers; Large steak pho with qyozas, Large pho tai special pho with rare steak on the side with eggroll and blended taro with tapioca slushy/blended boba tea. The taste was not perfect, but it was good. The portion as you can see was worth paying 15.99 each for. They also gave a good portion of toppings and had all the sauces for easy access. Some places you have to ask for an extra sauce ramekin and it could take a minute if the server is busy. Overall I recommend this place if you're near the area. Pho itself is a few dollars cheaper than the combo, but it's cheaper than pho hoa (taste better too).

I really like the pho here. I can't say it is the best I've ever had, but the portions are huge (do you really need a large? I can't even finish the small!) and very good. I was in for the 4th or 5th time last night and added an order of fried rice. I'm always looking for a good fried rice. OMG, this is it! The best fried rice I've found in years. Not sure yet if it is consistently that good, but last night it was GREAT. Service is always good and servers are friendly. Ambiance is fine and family friendly.

Today I called in a pick up order for two spring rolls and when I got home I realized they had shrimp and pork in them. I called and politely asked if I would be able to come back and switch them out for two tofu spring rolls since I was unaware they came with meat and shrimp. Being vegetarian, I should have checked the menu and take responsibility for that. However, when I asked to switch the spring rolls I was told that I would have to pay for new spring rolls because it is my fault. That being said, when I called the order in they never asked "would you like shrimp and pork OR tofu?". If there was more than one option, should you not ask the customer which they prefer? If I called in and asked for a bowl of pho would you just give them the most popular item or ask which pho they prefer? Maybe I am wrong to think like this, but to me it seems pretty valid. The customer is not always right, but to blame the customer and not take any ownership or offer any kind of resolution seems like a bit of poor customer service. I haven't been here for a few years, but this was my first time back and it was less than ideal. This was my first bad experience here and it will be my last time coming here unfortunately. Also, I did bring back the food because I wasn't going to eat them but I did it politely and spoke with the manager who seemed to be far from understanding. She kept saying she couldn't refund me because it was my fault, but I never once asked for a refund. I simply said I am just bringing these back since we won't be eating them. I could have thrown them in the trash but since I didn't get to speak to the manager on the phone I wanted to bring them back just so I could witness the type of management they actually have in this establishment. I hope in the future they do better for their customers, because although it was only about $6 and some change it is still money that people are spending to enjoy food they like. Once again, I was polite and I only wanted to write this review so people are cautious when ordering and understand that this place does not offer customer resolution.
