ALL of the salmon is caught by my family and me back in Bristol Bay, Alaska. Together we run a small commercial fishing operation. I am a 4th generation Alaska Commercial Fisherman and have 23 years of experience in the trade.
The Salmon is caught fresh then hand delivered to a small FDA approved processor, then hand cut and packaged with the highest quality standards.
The Sockeye Salmon Season in Bristol Bay, Alaska is from Mid June - End of July. ****ONCE A YEAR****
ALL ORDERS will be FULFILLED during season, and SHIPPED end of July.
The owner and his wife are currently stationed at Fort Riley, Kansas. The owner, Michael continues to go back to Alaska every summer to commercial fish and harvest the best sockeye salmon in the world!
